Descending technical areas more quickly and with more confidence is now easier thanks to the steering angle set at 67.5°.

The tubes are machined with 3 different thicknesses by means of mechanical tapering. This makes it possible to adapt with a greater thickness in the welding areas and areas of greater stress in the frame with the intermediate areas and those that allow for differentiated sections. The tubes made with this process are adapted to the stresses generated by the geometry and the interferences of the terrain during the use of the bicycle.

The Precision Casting Process is a technology based on high precision mould casting of 6061 alloy to achieve strong and complex structures in the "motor - battery - rear carriage anchorage" area, giving the bike a superior look and level of component integration.

  • T4

    The new Cayman is built using T4 heat treatment after the welding process. This process makes the aluminium more rigid and structurally stronger, which is essential for a full-power EBike like this one.

  • Block Lock System

    To reduce the chance of accidents, the "Block Lock" system limits the steering angle to +/-60 degrees. This prevents the handlebars from turning excessively and hitting the frame, improving safety.
