NEXXEN

A bike that has it all. Exactly where it counts.

A new generation of e-MTBs is redefining the category. Power figures have increased, integration has become more sophisticated, and performance expectations continue to rise. At the same time, this evolution has introduced a growing level of complexity, distancing products from what the rider actually needs on the trail.

At the heart of this shift is a key element: a new generation of high-performance assistance systems, led by AVINOX.

Nexxen is born from a different perspective.

It integrates the key elements of this new generation—power, integration, and capability—into a coherent, balanced, and accessible platform. Rather than adding more just for the sake of it, development has focused on understanding which aspects of a bike truly impact the riding experience, and building around them with precision.

The result is a product that feels complete, not because it does everything, but because everything it does has a clear purpose.

Power driven by AVINOX

At the heart of Nexxen is the AVINOX system—one of the most advanced of the new generation—setting a new standard in power, integration, and responsiveness.

With up to 150 Nm of torque and 1500 W of peak power*, along with a battery of up to 800 Wh*, AVINOX places Nexxen at the forefront of its category.

But what defines its performance isn't just the power, but how it is delivered. The assistance responds immediately and stably under load, allowing you to maintain traction, rhythm, and control.

The system integrates naturally into the bike, becoming an extension of your pedaling.

AVINOX - Power, perfectly controlled

Two AVINOX configurations, one shared philosophy

Nexxen is available with two AVINOX motor configurations:

  • Economy: focused on efficiency and balance, with solid, accessible performance.
  • Business: greater power and control, with a more advanced interface that unlocks the system's full potential.

Both maintain the same integration and platform consistency.

AVINOX Configuration — Business (M2S)

Motor: Avinox M2S — 1500W, 150 Nm
Battery: Integrated — 800 Wh
Display: 2” OLED Touchscreen, GPS, 4G, IMU, USB-C
Charger: 230V Fast Charger, 12A

AVINOX Configuration — Economy (M2)

Motor: Avinox M2 — 1100W, 125 Nm
Battery: Removable — 800 Wh
Display: 2” Color screen, BLE, Apple Find My
Charger: 230V, 4A

A complete platform, developed as a whole

Nexxen was not conceived as a frame adapted to fit a system. It is the result of a development process in which the structure, kinematics, geometry, and integration were all defined together from the start.

This includes the integration of the AVINOX system as a central element of the platform, not as an afterthought.

Every dimension has been carefully crafted to translate engineering decisions into real-world behavior on the trail. Stability at speed, control in technical sections, and efficiency under load are not treated as independent attributes, but as interconnected elements that define the overall performance.

This approach creates a balanced and predictable riding experience. The bike responds consistently across different conditions, maintaining control when pushed while remaining intuitive and easy to maneuver.

Aluminum.
Redefined through engineering

The construction of the frame reflects this same philosophy. Through advanced processes of hydroforming, forging, and precision welding, the aluminum reaches a level of refinement that goes beyond its traditional perception.

The tube profiles, reinforcement zones, and load paths have been optimized to achieve the right balance between stiffness, strength, and durability.

The result is a consistent structure under demanding conditions, capable of supporting the full potential of the AVINOX system.
The surface quality and visual cleanliness are a direct consequence of this process. Every transition is controlled; every line has intention.

Geometry designed for real-world use

The geometry of nexxen has been developed to offer confidence in real-world conditions, where the terrain is unpredictable. a 64.5º head angle, combined with an optimized reach and a balanced wheelbase, provides stability at speed and precision in technical sections.

The bike maintains control on aggressive descents, but allows for quick changes of direction when the terrain tightens up.

This balance ensures that the power of the AVINOX system is translated into real performance on the trail.

Configuration to the next level

One of the key aspects of nexxen is its focus on personalization.

Through iris custom project, the rider can configure key components such as suspension, wheels, cockpit, and contact points.

In addition, nexxen introduces the possibility of configuring the avinox motor itself, choosing different settings that modify power delivery and system response.

This allows for the true definition of the bike's character.
