A complete platform, developed as a suite

Nexxen was not conceived as a frame adapted to a system. It is the result of a development process where structure, kinematics, geometry, and integration have been defined jointly from the outset. This includes the integration of the AVINOX system as a central element of the platform, not as an add-on.

Each dimension has been carefully crafted to translate engineering decisions into real-world behavior. Speed stability, control in technical sections, and efficiency under load are not treated as independent attributes but as interconnected elements that define overall performance. This approach generates a balanced and predictable riding experience.

Aluminum. Redefined by engineering

The frame construction reflects this same philosophy. Through advanced hydroforming, forging, and precision welding processes, aluminum achieves a level of refinement that goes beyond its traditional perception. The tube profiles, reinforcement zones, and load paths have been optimized to achieve the right balance of stiffness, strength, and durability.

The result is a consistent structure under demanding conditions, capable of supporting the full potential of the AVINOX system. The quality of the surfaces and the visual cleanliness are a direct consequence of this process. Every transition is controlled, every line has intention.

Geometry designed for real-world use

Nexxen's geometry has been developed to offer confidence in real-world conditions, where the terrain is unpredictable. A 64.5º head tube angle, combined with optimized reach and a balanced wheelbase, provides stability at speed and precision in technical sections.

The bike maintains control on aggressive descents, but allows for quick changes of direction when the terrain tightens. This balance ensures that the power of the AVINOX system translates into real performance on the trail.

Next-level setup

One of Nexxen's key aspects is its focus on personalization. Through the IRIS Custom Project, the rider can configure key components such as suspension, wheels, cockpit, and contact points. Additionally, Nexxen introduces the possibility of configuring the AVINOX motor itself, choosing different settings that modify power delivery and system response. This allows for truly defining the character of the bicycle.
