DREAMBUILD | BELADOR ROBERTO MERHI

A tribute to a career defined by speed, precision and a passion for competition.

There are athletes who don’t stop competing when they leave the track. They change their setting, but their understanding of performance remains unchanged. Roberto Merhi is one of them.

The driver from Castellón has built a career shaped by speed, high standards and the constant pursuit of improvement. 2011 Formula 3 Euro Series champion, he competed in DTM and Formula Renault 3.5 before achieving one of every driver’s dreams: racing in the Formula 1 World Championship with Marussia in 2015.

Since then, his career has continued across various international categories, broadening his experience in motorsport.

His connection to competition extends beyond the cockpit. His work with Carlos Sainz, including coaching and physical preparation, reflects an approach to sport in which every detail matters: reading the situation, analysing, anticipating and finding that small margin for improvement that can change everything.

That same mindset is what connects Roberto with Berria.

A Belador pushed to the limit

As a Berria ambassador, Roberto takes centre stage in a special project: building a Belador weighing under 7 kg.

An ambitious goal. A pursuit of lightness where every decision matters, placing this build among the lightest road bikes in the world.

We didn’t want to simply build a lightweight bike.

We wanted to create something that made sense for Roberto: a Belador that could reflect a career shaped by hard work, adaptability and a passion for competition. A project connecting two worlds where precision is never a minor detail.

A career that deserves its own DreamBuild

The Belador Roberto Merhi DreamBuild is our way of paying tribute to a driver who has experienced competition from the inside and continues to carry that mindset wherever he goes.

Because behind every result are years of hard work. Behind every tenth of a second, a decision. And behind every new challenge, the same determination to keep improving.

This bike celebrates the entire journey—and everything that still lies ahead.
