  • Cycling shoes: Or sports shoes if using platform pedals.
  • PEDALS: Please bring your own pedals (road or MTB SPD for gravel bikes).
  • Appropriate cycling kit: Jersey, bib shorts, socks, gloves, and wind/winter gear if needed.
  • Sunglasses: Or protective eyewear.
  • Water bottle: Minimum 500ml (personal).
  • GPS or smartphone: (Personal, with mount).
  • Lights: Front and rear.
